We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in expanding our SMB client base and driving revenue growth by promoting our AWS-focused consulting services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS technologies, a “hunter” mentality, proven sales track record, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.
Network, develop, and nurture relationships with AWS representatives to generate inbound leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
Attend regional events and conferences.
Client Engagement:
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business objectives and challenges.
Present tailored AWS solutions to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our consultancy services.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Possess in-depth knowledge of various AWS funding programs and incentives available for clients to help clients maximize benefits and make informed purchasing decisions
Sales Cycle Management:
Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate scoping and alignment of proposed solutions with client requirements.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, AWS product updates, and competitor activities to position Protagona as a thought leader in the cloud and data consultancy space.
Qualifications:
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in professional services, software development, cloud computing, and/or consulting.
In-depth knowledge of AWS services and solutions (AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
